The 411

  • Dates: Saturday September 6th - October 11th (Every Saturday for SIX WEEKS) 
  • Time: 7:30am - 8:30am
  • Where?: Day 1 will be announced prior to
  • What is needed: Dumbbells you can lift over your head at least 15 times, a mat, water and the desire to come work and have a fun morning. 
  • Cost: Adults- $250 / Teens $100 (14-18)

Each workout is designed to meet you where you are and push you further. Through circuit training with weights, bodyweight moves, cardio, and core work, we’ll challenge your entire body, not just one muscle group at a time.

You’ll go at your own pace, but it has to be a pace that challenges YOU. Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone, it happens when you push your limits. Step up, dig deep, and unlock the next level of your strength and fitness. We will switch up locations to add variety and challenges!

I’ve been leading bootcamps for years in Los Angeles, and the #1 thing that makes them powerful is the support of the group. In this environment, you train at YOUR level, without worrying about how fast or strong anyone else is. Every workout is designed to challenge all fitness levels — from beginner to advanced — so you’ll always be pushed in the right way.

This is more than just a workout. It’s a fun, supportive atmosphere built to pull you out of your routine and launch you into a new, challenging, and energizing experience.

Before you start, I’ll ask you one important question: What’s your WHY?
Your “why” is the heartbeat of your journey, it’s the driving force behind showing up, pushing harder, and staying consistent when it gets tough. Maybe it’s to lose weight, gain strength, feel confident again, set an example for your kids, or simply take back control of your health. Whatever it is, that “why” becomes the foundation of your goals.

I’ll encourage you to come in with a clear goal in mind, because goals give us direction. Once we know what you’re chasing, every workout has purpose. Every rep, every push, every drop of sweat moves you closer to that vision. This isn’t just about exercise, it’s about building a mindset that transforms how you approach challenges, both inside and outside of bootcamp.

Your WHY is your anchor. And together, we’ll turn it into results.
