I bring over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, from running outdoor bootcamps in Los Angeles to private training and serving as Regional GM of elite gyms in LA and Manhattan Beach. I’ve trained everyone from celebrities to clients dropping 100 pounds, and everything in between.


What I’ve learned is simple: fitness doesn’t need fads, gimmicks, or shortcuts. It needs consistency, variety, and community. My philosophy is straightforward:

  • Go at your own pace — everyone’s journey is different.
     
  • Push your limits and challenge yourself.
     
  • Support each other along the way.
     
  • Eat clean, in moderation.
     
  • Never stick to the same routine longer than 6 weeks — variety drives progress.
     
  • Above all: KEEP MOVING.
     

Movement is the ultimate anti-aging tool. Stay hydrated, sleep well, and skip the fads. Real change happens when you put in the work. If it’s not challenging you, it’s not changing you.
